Shipping Policy

 

Our goal at yourblingstore.com is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

 

The two-part Processing and Shipping time frame are:

 

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the dispatch area within 24 hours after the order is placed.

 

Shipping time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from us to the destination. Shipping is done through US Postal Service (USPS). After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

When items have shipped, we will try to do everything in our power to ensure delivery, by submitting traces with the USPS. Once a package is delivered it becomes the customer’s responsibility if we have shipped to the shipping address provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered.

Returns

Even though our merchandise is inspected for flaws and damages before shipping, it is not uncommon that items are damaged during shipping.


Our return policy is 6 business days. If 6 business days has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Items eligible for return:

  • Item was damaged in shipping.

  • Item was received in error on our part.

  • Item was broken prior to being worn.

  • Item has a manufacturing defect.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items ordered in error by the customer

  • Items broken due to misuse by the customer

  • Items that have been worn.

Your request for return must be made within 6 business days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund. To initiate a return, the customer must contact yourblingstore@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, a direct replacement will be sent to you. If the returned item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the original purchase price will be processed on the original form of payment.
